Creative theme, invitation and videos result in PAAR’s most successful fundraising event ever.
By leveraging PAAR’s signature color, ity Advertising turned iconic Pittsburgh structures teal for the Ball’s main theme and helped the organization raise more money than with any previous event. This was an extremely important fundraising year for PAAR, an organization that relies on corporate donations and the generosity of private donors to continue their goal of providing services to survivors of sexual violence. With the Teal Ball having to go virtual, there was an even bigger push to ensure PAAR would generate as many dollars as they had received from past in-person events.
PAAR partnered with ity to create a compelling donor experience that moved people to respond the day of the event. Our “Teal City” brand narrative carried-over onto all marketing materials including the webpage, invitation, RSVP card and program brochure. We were also tasked with creating a series of informative videos that would be presented during the live event which highlighted PAAR’s long-standing history in the community, showcased their current work, and encouraged participants to donate to the cause.

Our team was able to work within budget constraints to drive corporate and individual sponsorships, donations and participation beyond expectations, and ultimately, increase awareness of the organization and its important mission.
